中野で炉端を始めて九年になります。魚は毎朝、豊洲から。焼き台の前のカウンターは、焼き上がる音と匂いがいちばんのごちそうです。日本酒は燗でも冷やでも、お好みに合わせてお出しします。おひとりさまも、どうぞお気軽に。We have been grilling robata in Nakano for nine years. Our fish comes from Toyosu every morning. At the counter, the sound and smell of the grill are part of the meal. Sake can be served warm or chilled, just as you like. Solo guests are always welcome.
